Over the last two years I have had very positive dealings with Simon Ellis. I note there are other agents who have similar names and I wonder, perhaps erroneously, whether the poor reviews I have read refer to them (either fairly or unfairly).

Had a very bad experience with this agent in 2017 - dishonest, discourteous, dangerous - will never use again and feel obliged to warn other unsuspecting potential users....

This is a mischevious and untrue review..
I have not sold any properties this year for £295,000.
If I find out the identiy if this indivuidual I will be sueing for deformation ...

Very very bad agents who pretend to know what they are doing, but really don't. Communication is particularly bad, and they will sweet talk their way into and out of anything....
