Priory in Stoke on Trent were excellent. We marketed our property "To Let" with them and within days they had a number of viewers coming to see the property.

We are/were first time landlords and were a little scared of renting out our property.

Paula came round to do the initial valuation and to discuss proceedings. Paula was very informative and made us feel very comfortable and explained everything in way which put our minds at ease. She was prompt in getting the property on the market and kept us up to date from the very start.

Matt then took over and was in regular contact with us. He seemed to have a new potential tenant everyday!

Once we found the right people to let our property too, the good service continued. They helped us to check that the tenants were suitable and explained the risks involved. They also drew us a contract up and gave us advice on how long to let the property out for.

A few months in to the tenancy we encountered a problem. We spoke with Priory and explained the situation to them. They were very understanding and gave us some fantastic advice. All was resolved quickly.

We believe that Priory Stoke on Trent offer great value for money and they also listen to their landlords and understand their needs and desires. Once they let the property out the good service doesn't stop there! They also care enough about their customers to give them that helping hand when needed.
