They try to take 1000 pounds of my deposit.... Dispute in progress...
was no inventory check in , no check out, NO quiet enjoyment of the property for the most of my tenancy, rude people work there, no respect for the tenants and their children.....
misrepresentation of the property ( they offered house as furnished, then it was no firniture there ).... plus the breach their own agreement, they giving 20 working days to let you know if the landlord is planning to make any deductions and 10 working days to give you back un disputed deposit. But they let me know 30 working days later that the landlord decided to take 1000 pounds for redecoration of the house..... which is not true at all as he hasnt even seen that house after we move out!!!!
Really bad service, no cooperation, just money.....
I think its time to send WATCHDOG there.....
