Demelza was fantastic, even though there was a slight misunderstanding at the start re the details of the new proposal for our contract renewal.....Demelza had emailed the new details to our old email address, we have since moved providers so didn\'t receive the email until Demelza phoned to ask why we hadn\'t contacted her. We assumed we would be sent the details via post (as in previous years).
This was our only hiccup but Demelza was quick to resolve it. Our landlord wanted increase our rent by £50 per month, a figure we felt was far too high particularly when we were spending a fortune on energy bills due to having a very old boiler and emerginheater. We felt we couldn\'t justify this rent increase when the landlord, who had been told of the inefficiency of the system had done nothing.
Demelza agreed and spoke to the landlord, she was able to negotiate that we should have a new boiler fitted and the rent increase would be £25. Also that the increase would not be active until a new boiler was fitted. To which the landlord agreed...and quickly arranged for the work to be done!
Demelza kept in contact throughout the process, checking the work was being done, dealing with the fitter to ensure all details were correct so the boiler scrappage scheme could be used.
Demelza went to the trouble of driving over to ours, when she should have been working from home so that all the forms were signed and dealt with properly.
Demelza is very conscientious to the point of \'dotting the i\'s and crossing the t\'s\'. She\'s great and we feel confident that if we had any problems we know Demelza would give 100% to try and resolve them ( and undoubtedly would!).......thanks Demelza! Wendy & Richard Gill
