Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your move-in process.
I do think the flat is great, especially with the location and I’m disappointed you felt I brushed off any concerns. We discussed the new bed that the landlord was happy to provide without any issues, assured you the flat would be professionally cleaned and I believe I answered any other concerns via email in the following days but I do apologise if I missed any.
In regards to the documents, there was a small delay with the landlord getting some information back to me but all papers were sent to you the following morning as soon as they were ready. As you were moving in on the Saturday, your check-in was booked on the Friday and I made sure you were the first appointment to collect keys the next day and that I was personally there to hand them over to you. Looking back on our emails I saw I was able to reply to all your emails within two hours of receiving them including all of your queries on the tenancy agreement and furniture.
As mentioned I am sorry to hear this caused any stress and I have taken your comments into account to improve our service.
