What is regrettable is that when someone does bring complaints to senior members of your staff, you do nothing about it. Your service is shamefully bad and disorganised. Nov 03, 2011
ALL WORK undertaken by John Mortimer Property Mgt Ltd is via contractors that have been vetted and approved beforehand and hold public liability insurance, who provide bona fide invoices.It is regrettable that this individual did not bring their complaint to a senior member of staff. As members of ARLA, ARMA etc, the company accounts are audited on a quarterly basis.

AVOID WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
We have had so many issues for such a long period of time and they only do the minimum always blaming contractors. Overgrown trees touching properties, uncut grass for months, overgrown bushes... they do nothing apart from charging ££. They are very good ...
