Catchy name, nightmare experience.

During our visits, the staff was very friendly and made lots of promises. Also charged us very little fee, which was very welcoming, or that's what we thought.

When we moved in, they did nothing.

The first day we discovered the oven, fridge and shower didn't work. When we got back to them they said: "You should have checked"!!!

We asked them to get them fixed (because we couldn't reach the landlord for 1 week) or help us get out of the contract. The landlord is letting 4 properties through them, as we now learned, and they did not want to loose him, so they totally suported him.

The manager is particularly mean and even screamed at us and - what is more funny - tries to do all the talking accussing us of all our problems.

I strongly suggest you go to any of the numerous other agents in the area.

Langthorne St! We had countless LL/Tenant meetings to try and help you out. We also suggested ways in which you could get out of your tenancy and we never accused you of causing these issues. Your review should be directed at your Landlord whom we used to rent 2 flats with and since your headache we have stopped dealing with.
