Never ever should something like Solitaire be allowed to be called "Property Management". The definition of "Management" in all business and human organization activity is simply the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals. Unfortunately and with regret this is far from what Solitaire as company are trying to achieve. The engagement of High School dropouts as frontline customer service staff is evident by the incompetence of being unable to handle two way conversations. The utter lack of knowledge is something I can not describe in words. Please is there anybody or anything that could be done to stop this money printing, non service providing, arrogant, ignorant and not for forget incompetent company. We are a western civilisation so surely there are way to avoid business with them.
