From the start, it has been an absolute weight lifted from our minds to have Sarah and Ann on the case! If I had known how easy (for us!) it would have been to have such dedicated and knowledgable people leading the way to getting the mortgage deal and sorting out the difficult jargon, we would have done it a long time ago!
Emails are answered quickly, a phone call is never too much trouble and even meeting with us was never too much trouble (especially with a toddler who liked to hide the desk!)
Thanks so much for all the hard work, we couldn't have done it otherwise!
