Having put my property in Bradley's (Honiton) hands, I was happy to sit back and let them sell it on my behalf.
In a very short time, having taken advice from the agents re. asking price, we had a buyer! I was very impressed by the advice and support I had throughout the process (having never sold a property before!), and we achieved an excellent price for the property which was more than I had hoped for!
