I rent out three properties through Leaders, however, since they changed from IMS to Leaders I have lost all faith in them to provide a service. Based on my experiences, I consider them to be incapable of managing contractors to enact maintenance and repairs. The day before a tenant was due to move-in, I visited a property to provide access for a boiler service only to find that the preparatory work to clean and clear the property and ready it for the tenant had not been carried out. It also appears that other previous works had not be completed. I have had a series of issues with Leaders on this property and I feel I am not able to trust Leaders to fulfil the contract works they charge for. My advice for prospective landlords is to take your business elsewhere and for existing landlords to check all contract works before paying a penny.
Acceptable for a good service, but excessive for the level of service I have received.

Apr 15, 2019I agree with this, I\'m a tenant and been left without heating and hot water for 6 days and they say there is a chance the boiler may be fixed tomorrow. They are less than useless
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
