My house had been on the market with another agent for five months. They were lazy, asking me to do the viewings (which I didn't mind as when I observed them doing a viewing, they were useless). I approached Fine and Country. We had a tough but honest discussion about pricing, and although the fees were high, they are in reality relative to the effort put in and the result achieved.
Delightful staff who always did what they said they would do, always returned telephone calls who were a pleasure to do business with.

Comment on agent fees
They aren't cheap - but it's all about value in the end. Cheap fees that don't end up as a sale are meaningless.
