Viewed a property that decided to put an offer for, the person who showed us the property is a new staff member and she is in training, she offered far better service than the manager of the Branch Natalie; after a month when the moving in date came, we arrived to a house that was pretty dirty and not in the conditions that were promised prior to the moving date; when we came to collect the keys they gave us a bunch of keys and pretty much told us to sort them out, given the fact that we went to the office to collect the inventory and mention our dissapointment with the status the house was presented and given to us in the first day, unfortunately the manager (Natalie) seem to have no training in customer service, she just started giving excuses with an attitude and not one apology was given.

Natalie, when you work in a job that requires you to deal with clients and you hear a complaint, the first thing to come out of your mouth is an apology, then what you will do to fix it along with a timeline, then your excuse; that would save you time repeating your self and give a better experience to your clients.

Laura and Kathleen were apologetic and hands on to address our issues, however I got an email today from Kathleen mentioning that the house is offer as it is and the point of having the inventory is for me to not be liable for issues I have remarked in it; but when you have toilets not flushing, or a garage door that opens remotly sometimes and not always, or tiles that are about to come of the wall, you can't expect any descent family to live in such conditions, no matter what the inventory says, it needs to be addressed and sorted as requested as they are safety and sanitary matters, specially when the tenants have 2 babies.

My suggestion would be that if Connells as a company don't review their employees periodically, they should start doing so; and for staff member that treat customers without any respect, consider doing another type of job where you can be in a room by your self and avoiding contact with others.
