Diddnt want to put a star but had to!! this is the worst agent by far!!! taken money from our deposit for a full clean and pairing whole house, even tho no works were ever carried out once we left the property!!! We left the property in a better condition then when we moved in!! mould on bathroom walls,bare wires hanging down from light in wc!! couldn't open the bedroom winnows!! god knows what would happen if there was a fire in the house!!! The staff at this office have no idea of looking after their tenants and the landlords property!!! The tradesmen they sent round were rude, smoking in our house!! didn't lock the front door after they left!! When the property manager did come round to check on the tradesmen they spent more talk talking out on the street/ in the works van!!!
Never would i use this agent again!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!!!!!!

The fees are high, but higher that you initially expect because when you leave your deposit, which of course any responsible renter expects to get back, be assured they are not expecting to give it to you. They are expecting to increase their fee with your deposit, when it is time for you too move out.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agency could do better by being professional. They could be fair to tenants. They could do less inspections and be clear throughout the tenancy what expectations they have with regards to wear and tear of the property at the time. They could avoid lying. They could avoid putting the phone down on clients. They could avoid entering properties without permission and leaving front door keys in the front door (Nick McLeavy).Attached Filesnbsp;

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
