Has stolen more than £1000 of my money. Gave tenants their worst experience and has left me mentally broken.

How is This happening? how can trading standards sit round "gathering evidence " and not hand over to the police immediately. Emlyn drinks at the 3 Tonnes Pub in Earley. We should go and ask him for our thousands of pounds back. Apr 05, 2019
Dear Landower, I feel your pain ask I have also lost money to this crook. Please, everyone, do contact trading standards as well at taking legal action, whilst this route costs money the cases must be heard in court to shut this awful human down.

I totally agree, Emlyn and Bond is a total scam, ready to take anyone’s money - however I don’t think the landlord would be in on it, I am a landlord who Emlyn has taken money from and it’s a painful experience, he’s totally rouge. ...

Completely agree with previous comments. As landlords we have been run ragged by Bond, have lost money and sleep! Tenants also complained of very poor service. Lots of promises about services made, none kept....
