James and Dario could not have worked harder and sold our house in the first five weeks it was on the market. Because both we and our buyers suffered from disabilities they travelled to both of us for documents to be signed. James showed clients around the house detailing points with clarity and positivity. He was generous with his time for each appointment. All staff were very smart and patient.

We felt the fees were reasonable. You have to invest if you want a good price.
