Overall I was happy with Hamptons during the duration of my tenancy. The main reason why I scored them down was due to the sometimes slow communication (I realises that this may have been as a result of slow communication from the Landlord). Towards the end of the tenancy, I thought we were unfairly charged for certain items but, despite a slow process, the end result was successful negotiation with the Landlord through Hamptons.
Correspondence was always polite and helpful.
