Awful letting agent. For a letting agent that claims to be the number 1 in Yorkshire, on this basis the others must be truly horrific.

We\'ve now decided not to view any properties advertised by Linley & Simpson based on this poor customer service.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should have acted like they were actually interested in helping us find a property instead of ignoring emails when they could no longer be bothered to deal with us.
