The property I rented was beautiful and Bricknells were very helpful and Maria was very good liaising with the landlord and myself to iron out any issues or for any additions that I wanted to do always communicating in a method that suited my needs.

Let only service
£450 (inc. VAT), On Completion (Fees are negotiable)With the Let only service we suggest that landlords conduct viewings as they will be managing the tenancy going forward. Our extra charge for viewings is £15 each. Similarly under this service landlord will protect the deposit in one of the approved schemes.

Tenant Management Service
12% (inc. VAT), On CompletionUnder the Full management service we charge an initial set up charge of £360 (incl. Vat) to market the property and find a suitable tenant.
Inspection twice per annum at £40 each.
Inventories range depending on number bedrooms from £95 (studio/1 Bed) - £120 (4 Bed).
Comparative check out report again depends on number of bedrooms from £80 - £110.
Admin associated with the security deposit £25 per annum
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
