I was kept informed at all times of issues relating to the transaction. It is clear that close contact was also maintained with our solicitors. Naturally, the agency acts for the vendor in this situation but the staff treated me as a valued customer, too. On occasion, permission to visit this (empty) property was sought in order to discuss matters with surveyor, electrician, heating engineer etc. Robin quickly arranged accompanied visits for this purpose.
