I have recently moved out of a property let my Ludlow Thompson and I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received. 7 weeks later I am still waiting on the return of my deposit, a clear breach of our contract. My housemates and I continually chase Rebecca Townsend about this but she never answers her phone or returns our messages, we have now been forced to take legal action to recover our deposit.
