They have been awful at dealing with the large number of problems we have had. The house was filthy when we moved in, the shower leaked in to the kitchen (which took them four days to fix, then started leaking again a few weeks later), given us a rusty fridge and now we have mould covering our walls. Their only solution to the mould is that we should leave our windows open to ventilate the room 'even if it is winter and raining'. My friends who have letted with them have also had problems. I can not even begin to describe just how bad they are.
