They told us the flat had been "deep cleaned" it was filthy and took one week of our own time and effort to get it into reasonable condition. This company should be ashamed of themselves. "Lazy, unprofessional, liars" would sum them up quite adequately. Do yourself a big favour and avoid them - with this many 1 star reviews they are obviously doing a whole lot wrong and not much right.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Don't sell something or raise expectations when you are not able to fulfill the service. I understand that you need to cover costs if people prematurely take properties off the market, but why hit people with additional charges when you have been unable to provide the service discussed when the contract was signed?
