My Mum went into care so her house had to be sold to pay the fees. I don't live locally so which agent to choose? I chose Bronte Estate Agents as they seemed to have several properties for sale in the area. I couldn't have been happier with the service and advice I received. The advice on selling price was spot-on and an offer was accepted within days and completion was within 2 months. Natalie kept me fully informed throughout and I felt 'Looked after which was important to me not living locally. Sincere thanks for your efforts.

I omitted to mention Martin's advice with regard to one of our properties, which was to put it up for Auction. I was doubtful of this at first, not having had any experience of this process. However, this proved to be absolutely the right decision for this particular property and we were delighted with the outcome. Thanks Martin ...
