When the offer was accepted on what we be our eventual home we were living over 200 miles distant, this gave us some logistical headaches. We found the staff very helpful, we would often ring them with the most minor of enquiries and they were only to happy to help. they were always prompt with a reply. The staff kept in regular contact with us either by phone or by email. We would often, at very short notice, travel down to measure up, photograph or draw out plans for the property as it was vacant at the time. This would often see us ringing the office late in the day, particulalrly on Saturdays asking for access. The staff would do everything in their power to accommodate our request and we are grateful to them for that. Their professionalism and conduct was a great credit to Bradleys.
