For the first month of our tenancy, we spent 20+ days without hot water and more than 10 days without a washing machine or the ability to cook. We had none of the three essentials.

Hunters' response was that they had done everything they should do, and they suggested we boil the kettle so that we could have a bath. Rather than considering the impact on us as tenants, they disregarded our requests to escalate the resolution, as we continued to be unable to wash, cook or clean our clothes.

I have never been treated with so little respect. Unfortunately, however, I had entered into a 6 month agreement so I had no option to leave. Hunters offered no compensation of any form.

Too many administrative errors forgot booked holiday, then booked wrong time and said know the area well and semis like ours sell well, it's not a semi and it was in all there details, not a good fit for us so wont be recomending hunters....
