I have never in my whole life recieved such disgusting customer service. After our flat fell through due to the landlady deciding to sell last minute, our agent Kamran ignored us completely. It took us 2 weeks to get our deposits back and that was only after writing formal complaints to the manager, 3 emails, 5 phone calls, 11 texts and a trip to the office in person. During that meeting in person, I was intimidated and met with an aggressive, unproffessional and rude manner.

I advise anyone against using this estate agency and feel sorry for anyone dealing with their staff.
