I was a first time letter and needed my hand held by someone who wouldn't get too riled by my natural scepticism, and Joel maintained his composure with me admirably at times. It's early days in the tenancy but so far I have had no problems with the tenants - so, so far, JOB WELL DONE INDEED!
Comment on agent fees
I went for a special offer rent and manage deal initially, but in the end decided I'd prefer to manage it myself - so I didn't get a special rate but good enough I think

We found the fees (£200 per tenant) to be high compared to what we have previously paid but the process was swift and easy so it was worth it. It's also worth bearing in mind that fees have been rising across the board so our previous experience may not be too relevant.
