I have been fortunate to have been a tennant if Youngs for over two years, in that time I have found David and Phil to be helpful, friendly, and approachable, any problems have been dealt with in speedy and professional manner I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

saw a leaflet recently from people standing outside the shop protesting about the way this agency treats its tenants. The pictures were horrible. tenants having to live with awful mould and damp. I wouldn't rent with them....

David Pay, the owner of Youngs estate agent in the Kemptown area of Brighton, assaulted a member of Brighton Solidarity Federation during a picket in support of a tenant facing a eviction because he asked his landlord to do repairs.

These agents manage the property adjoining my home. The property is often called a slum you passers by. The property is not maintained and us therefore let to problem tenants who aren't accepted elsewhere. The result is a dirty house with mounting rubbish next door ...
