After a recommendation from Evie wheal we went for our first mortgage appointment with Michael royal, who made the process as straight forward and simple as possible and lynne was providing us with updates and chasing the solicitors for us. Would recommend for the future

I was very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service, bearing in mind that we managed to get you a mortgage which suited all of your requirements.
Unfortunately, when applying for a remortgage, we can only ever estimate the amount of money you will need to clear or "redeem" the existing mortgage, as the balance on your account changes every day. Therefore we can never provide exact costs until the Solicitor obtains your closing (redemption) balance.
