I just can not believe how this company is still running !! With members of staff like janice she is rude arrogant everytime i called she was not come to the phone and alot of the times i could hear her in the back ground laughing , she also told me that my problem was not urgent because her friend had died, although this is sad i am not calling to be a councillor. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of service from streetsahead. never rent from streetsahead if this is the sort of employees they employ !!
What agent could do to change your mind?
find staff who are better suited for the job and that do not take their personal issues to work
