I recently brought a property with Ryder and Dutton and all I've had is problem after problem.
I only moved in last month and since then realised the windows had been a complete botch job allowing draft into the whole house and some windows I could not open, some were sticking, the kitchen window even had a crack on the glass.
I was only given 2 keys to this property, so when I tried to have a third key cut I was told I needed the registration key which I was never given so I had no choice but to change the locks completely.
The carpets have been fitted very poorly as I had a nail from the stairs go inside the bottom of my foot and felt several nails poking out on both staircases.
The bath started to leak as the seals had not been done correctly and all this together has cost me a fortune, money I did not have.
I'm most upset as I specifically asked *if these issues had been sorted and she reassured me they had but they clearly had not been.
Due to my experience, I would never recommend Ryder and Dutton or use them personally again as all they seem bothered about is getting commission from the sale ASAP!

I am sorry you're disappointed and your move wasn't everything you expected. Unfortunately though these are not problems with ourselves these issues should have been raised with your surveyor. We weren't aware there were any further issues with your home as both you and your mother were shown the property on five separate occasions, you had a full survey and we were informed you'd done all your checks and everything was fine before exchange of contracts. I am sorry it has not been the move you wanted but would again state these issues are not down to ourselves or our service levels.
