AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The finish within the house was very poor, misfitting kitchen and bathroom units, missing tiles/maintae flooring and many problems throughout the year. We had an infestation of slugs at one point during the year in the bathroom and we were told "this is normal for a British home". The fridge was broken throughout the year and Imperial refused to repair it and we had running issues with the boiler which was also never fully repaired and meant many nights without hot water and heating.
To top it all off at the end of the year they ahd the cheek to try and deduct over £260 frmo our bonds for leaving the house in an \'unclean state\'. We did challenge these deductions but the best they would do for us was to lower them from £260 to £140. When this final deduction was agreed it took over 2 months and constant phone calls to have the money refunded.
In short, customer service is awful, property condition is awful and jsut complete rip off merchants. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and advise everyone to avoid them.
