The way in which Leaper Stanbrook conducted themselves and acted on our behalf in the sale of our property was exemplary; they define what makes a good agent. They understand the dynamics of a complicated chain which ours was. Whilst only four properties long - the bottom two were leasehold flats requiring lease extensions, one of which also needed a deed of variation for car parking. Had we instructed an on-line agent, or indeed many other High Street agents, in all likelihood they would not have had the depth of knowledge to deal with the communications, explanations and negotiations required by a complex sale .This is where a properly resourced and experienced agent such as leaper Stanbrook come into their own.
Explaining the process in layman's terms, monitoring and reporting back is what Leaper Stanbrook do best. What also sets them apart is having Freddie as the Senior Negotiator responsible for progressing difficult sales through to conclusion.
