I have recently purchased a property through Davis Tate as an investment property to let.
The sale was very straightforward and stress free and the subsequent let was equally as straightforward. In fact the property was let immediately without even being advertised, this was due to the fact that both Julie and Jo know their market and clients so well. I was so delighted with the whole buying and letting experience, not something that you hear of very often!
