From the initial meeting with Ben Stevens (now moved on to another branch) to the contact with staff in the office, mainly Kim and Julie, the experience has been exceptionally positive. Assistance has been given with matters such as visits to the property to satisfy the unoccupied insurance requirements, taking meter readings, collecting post and helping to obtain estimates from contractors. We have been kept informed of developments by email and telephone at every stage along the way, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone marketing a house in the relevant area.
