We researched 121 online and found their website clear and concise, answering all our questions before we engaged their services.
From their engagement we found their responses to be quick and efficient, the website contacts, communications and requests for viewing all worked as described.
Our primary reason for choosing an online estate agent was one of cost and in this using 121 has been very successful, saving us around £2000 on using conventional estate agents, offering nothing more than 121, other than conducting the viewings for you.
We will use 121 in the future should the need arise.
