We contacted this agent to view a house they were advertising. We asked that the viewing be arranged for between 9am-3pm as we collect children from school at 3.30pm. After waiting over a day, the rather pompous Andrew Milsom called back having arranged the viewing for 3.30pm! He then re-arranged it for 4.30pm and when we said we couldn't make that time, he simply tutted and hung up. This agent is a snob. Unless you are spending

Andrew Milsom were friendly, professional and thorough. They were there for me every step of the buying process. I have to say they completely disproved the normal reputation given to estate agents! I would definitely recommend if you are buying/selling a property....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Misunderstandings on days/ times do arise but no one dealing with Andrew Milsom (the man not the firm) would use the words snob or pompous. Given the success of the firm, humble is more like it.
Sounds like the service you might get from firms with rather grander reputations
