In my opinion Browns Property Management claim to be governed by the highest standards in the property industry and abide by the strictest codes of practice cannot be further from the truth. Their focus in my dealings with them have shown them to fill their properties and claim their fees with a total disregard for any damage to previous Landlords or the client (Landlord) they claim to fairly represent. In twenty years of dealing with Property letting agents as an Accredited Landlord they are by far the worst agents i have dealt with and would strongly recommend that Landlords do not use them as their agent.
My suggestion to Browns Property management is to carry out more thorough referencing of applicants and to listen to comments from previous Landlords. It is the current Landlord that will bear the financial consequences of not applying due diligence during this process.
My advice to anyone looking for a Property agent is not to use Browns Property Management of Stockton.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
