My partner viewed our flat the day after the previous tenant had moved out. Simon showed him around, and said that it would be cleaned. He also acknowledged a small ventilation problem that had caused a small amount of mould, stating it would be fixed. Upon moving in, not only had it not been cleaned, the mould had grow everywhere. They covered up a large patch of it in the bathroom with a piece of shelving hoping we wouldn't notice. Two lighting fixtures are completely foreign to the handyman they sent, but instead of changing them for £10, they want us to find the bulbs somehow. Our washing machine started flooding water into the kitchen, rendering it unusable. However, the manager Palma, has yet to get it replaced nearly a week later. They never explained any of the additional information about the flat to us, i.e. where our 'secure' parking was located, where our rubbish bins are supposed to go, or how to operate any of the kitchen appliances. When asked, they didn't seem to know any of this information. Completely unprofessional, don't care at all about the health and safety of their tenants, and it seems that once you sign the contract you are on your own. I would not recommend them to anyone else or ever use them again.
