My friend was about to put an offer on a flat today. She rang and spoke to Paul Caisley. He was verbally abusive down the phone, told her that the vendor would laugh in her face about the offer. He was practically shouting at her and left her in tears. We then spoke to Ben who was absolutely lovely (thank you Ben) *** To insult and mock a young girl buying her first flat the way he did is absolutely vile. **

We have investigated your comments and after talking with the member of staff involved along with conducting a full audit using the files retained, we cannot substantiate your claims.
The Newton Abbot team were always upfront with you and do not re call any such conversations with yourself about our vendors situation. Avoid this branch and company at all costs. The man is abusive and rude, he probably won't put your offer through to the vendor because he tells you they'll laugh in your face! Wouldn't ever EVER use this service they are abusive and unprofessional....

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should not charge for 'Permitted Occupier' fee in addition to the holding fee. The agent should not nominate or pass my details on to any energy supplier but should leave that to me to decide which supplier to use. They should take that out of the agreement form.Attached Filesnbsp;

I was charged a holding fee of ‚£300 which was not refundable. They also charged me ‚£90 for permission for my son to move in as a "Permitted Occupier". I feel this is an unfair fee and should be refunded to me.
