The flat is considered, beautiful, special, very spacious and light by 4 agents and 98% of applicants. It is also in very good decorative order, according to all who viewed.
During a period of 2 weeks, Dominic did not send a single applicant to view.
Signing up with him at Paramount was a complete waste of time and energy. I am told there is a good letting agent called Mark, but, on the basis of my experience, I would not want to employ Paramount again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Taken the letting seriously, and produced suitable applicants!
