we weren\'t impressed at all.
First off, they have this strange clause in their contract that allows them to pass on the tenants details to an ominous electricity company called Spark. We didn\'t think of it much when we signed the contract. Half a year later we were face with a ridiculous £2,397 bill for electricity that we never used as we were on a pay as you go with british gas. The dispute took us several months to sort out, Spark were a pain to deal with.
Secondly, the letting advisor who was in charge of our property was trying to seem very charming but really he was just after our money. Said things like, oh, yes, you will definitely get your deposit back, the property is in a great state. A day later we received a text from our landlord saying that he will charge us for many various repairs that are part of the normal wear and tear from three years of living there.
Whenever I came into the branch to ask questions about moving out dates, etc they were all very vague and didn\'t seem well informed at all.
To top the whole thing off, we were made to leave the property a day earlier than our contract stated as they had already found new tenants who wanted to move in straight away, and we weren\'t given enough time to clean the flat accordingly.
