Two months since my bf moved out still trying to get my deposit back. First they said the cheque will be sent by post, then they said they could not send it by post, then it was sent two weeks ago and then they actually cannot give a cheque in person. This is inspite of regular phone calls, emails they do not reply. They have been a problem from the beginning. First they show him a different apartment, after the contract was signed they give him the keys to a different apartment. There was black mould on windows and inside the fridge. There was no washing machine and the bulbs always blew up as soon as you switched on the light. Put up with all that but now the stories they spin for returning the deposit back is pathetic.
