Our house which we are letting with Walton Robinson and which they are being paid to maintain smells strongly of damp. The roof in the utility room leaks and this issue was reported several months ago in June. The leaking roof has led to mould and damp in both the utility and kitchen. We have been endlessly chasing Walton Robinson for months now to sort out these issues but the issues remain the same.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond to emails promptly Not make false promises that were not withheld Fixed the issue that we had with the property promptly

Please accept our sincerest apologies with regards to the time taken to resolve the issues with your property. The repair work to the ajoining house, which is not managed by ourselves took far longer than we would have liked which resulted in the delay to the work starting at the property. The issue was casued by the ajoining offshots roof tiles over hanging directly onto our property. The repair work to your property has now been completed with just the decoration to conlucde, which has been booked in to complete on Monday.

The property is in good order and there are no damp issues effecting the property following inspections by a damp specialist.
