I was not impressed with the company. Promised to market with 360 degree video - never happened. Staff were rude and impatient. Coming to completion never heard from them - had to do all the calling and then they seemed to be unaware of how the post offer part worked - might have been one particular person but not confidence inspiring. I wouldn't want to use them for a complicated chain.

What agent could do to change your mind?
A friendly, professional attitude with knowledge of the property they are giving a viewing on. Offers to be recorded in writing and given to the seller within 24hrs with the buyer notified of the decline or acceptance as soon as possible.Attached Filesnbsp;
