The issue with the shower switch being stuck in position was reported to us at 1am this morning – (7 hours ago). Upon our office opening this morning, your Property Manager reviewed your maintenance request and instructed our plumber to attend. The issue was found to be inside the shower unit and must have been a coincidence with the timing with our cleaner visiting. The issue has since been repaired, less than 10 hours after your initial contact.
With regards to the cleanliness – we were working to an extremely tight turn around between the outgoing tenants and your move in. The outgoing tenants were meant to have the property professionally cleaned, but this did not happen. We therefore tried to postpone your move in date by a couple of days to allow us organise any required works/cleaning, but you did not have any flexibility with your required entry date. Due to this, we did not have the opportunity to clean the property before you moved in. We subsequently arranged for our cleaners to attend on a suitable date for you, which was completed. We can confirm that the windows were in fact cleaned internally – the external window clean was postponed yesterday due to the contractor being delayed, but we can confirm that they have attended today and this is now complete.
