Walton Robinson is my first agent for renting property. Some staffs are good and some staffs are really rude. They do not smile at all and answer my question in a rude way. Not only this happened, but I also tried to ask them about several problems in my house. They did not respond my email. If let say they are still looking for someone to fix the things which were broken, they should have replied the email. At least, say something, so I know if they read the email. If people do not reply your email, you could assume they really ignore it.

In addition, I have been asking them to help me adjusting the heater cause I do not understand how this thing works. I have been freezing to death for almost 2 weeks. How can you bare with this condition?

If they are really helpful, they will come to my house straight away. It will not take a long time to do it either.

I swear the service is suck .even I went to the office, they said the staff who is dealing with property is not in the office. The rude girl who serves me for the 2nd time , told me they will contact me back. I have been waiting for 2 days and no body contacts me until now.

I sent email yesterday, no body replays it. I really cant stand the service!

If my friend told me earlier about her experiences with walton robinson, I will not try this agent! From her experience, this agent will try to charge you money when you leave the house. I am not sure about this, I will know it next year if they do it to me too. They served my friend exactly the same as what I am getting right now. So it might be happened to me.

From these experiences, I will not go for walton robinson in the future and will not recommend it to my friends.

To all of you, please think carefully to choose the agent who you need help for 1 year if there is any problems with your property. Remember it is one year, not one day help!

I believe service is really important to please the customers. So they will come back to you again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
