I never leave negative reviews but Reades have let me down on a number of occasions!

Called to book a viewing on a property (I am a cash buyer) on a Thursday, not heard anything and now found out an offer was accepted today (Monday!)

I won't get started on my experience as a landlord with them!

Save yourself hassle and look elsewhere.

Higher compared to competitors that do their job competently!

Roberto Rineldi and partner I have been nothing but straight with you both from the outset, but it seems you made a number of assumptions which lead to things being somewhat more advanced in your heads than they were in the real world. Dear Nichola Having now reviewed your claims, I am satisfied Reades acted appropriately during your tenancy and in dealing with the refund of your deposit after your tenancy finished. I am aware that you left your review after being informed that the landlord was looking to make a deduction from your deposit and that prior to this you had expressed no concerns with the service you had received from Reades.
