Henry Adams laid out the various marketing strategies for the property and advised us of the different viewing/open day options in order to engage the maximum interest in the property over the shortest time. This was executed logically and efficiently with excellent results leading to successful negotiations with the prospective buyer and concluding with the required quick sale.

Fees were negotiated with HA in the light of previous business done so we were very happy with the final invoice.
